Updating Your Delivery Address
Should you need to change your delivery address before your package is dispatched, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.
However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address. Note that we are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If the address provided is marked as invalid, we will reach out via email to confirm the shipping details.

Handling Returned Shipments
If a domestic package is sent back to us, we’ll arrange a re-shipment or provide a refund for the item cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot reprocess the order after the refund has been initiated.
